55 References to s 36, 48A or 49
(1)
This section applies to references made before the commencement in an instrument.
(2)
If the context permits, from the commencement—
(a)
a reference to section 36 of this Act is taken to include a reference to schedule 1 of this Act; and
(b)
a reference to section 48A of this Act is taken to be a reference to section 49 of this Act; and
(c)
a reference to section 49 of this Act is taken to be a reference to section 48A of this Act.
