Re-assessment may be limited

In force

Having regard to the reason for the re-assessment, the chief executive must decide whether the matters relating to the person’s suitability that are to be considered in the re-assessment are—

(a)

all matters that would be considered if the re-assessment were an original assessment of the person; or

(b)

only particular matters relevant to the reason for the re-assessment.
