176 Particular documents not to be served on prospective adoptive parents
(1)
In a proceeding under this part—
(a)
the chief executive must not serve, on a prospective adoptive parent, a copy of a document mentioned in section 175(3); and
(b)
a party must not serve, on a prospective adoptive parent, a copy of a document relating to the giving of consent by a parent of the child.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies despite a rule of court or other law.
