190 Notice of order
(1)
As soon as practicable after an adoption order is made, the chief executive must—
(a)
give to the parties to the proceeding—
(i)
a copy of the order; and
(ii)
a notice explaining its terms and effect; and
(b)
give to each person who consented to the adoption under part 2 a notice stating that the order has been made and explaining its terms and effect.
(2)
Subsection (1)(b) does not apply to a person whom the chief executive can not locate after making all reasonable enquiries.
