273 Currency and revocation of contact statements
(1)
This section applies to a contact statement given by a person to the chief executive.
(2)
The contact statement continues in force until it is revoked by the person or the person dies.
(3)
The person may revoke the contact statement by giving the chief executive a signed notice of revocation in the approved form.
