307P Limited access to tribunal’s record of proceedings
(1)
This section applies to a record kept under the QCAT Act, section 230 for an adoption proceeding.
(2)
Despite the QCAT Act, section 230(3) a person who is not a party to the proceeding may not inspect, or obtain a copy of, the record or a part of the record.
