Notice and information to persons entered in register

In force

After entering a person’s name in the expression of interest register, the chief executive must give the person a notice—

(a)

stating that the person’s name has been entered in the register; and

(b)

explaining the selection and assessment processes; and

(c)

containing information about the fees and other costs associated with the adoption process.
