95 Obligation to notify chief executive of changed or new information relevant to application
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
the person has given information about a matter to the chief executive under this part or part 6; and
(b)
the person becomes aware that the information has changed or becomes aware of new information relating to the matter; and
(c)
the changed or new information is relevant to a matter stated in section 92(1).
(2)
The person must immediately give the chief executive a notice of the changed or new information.
