Application of Act

In force

This Act applies in respect of—

(a)

the person holding the appointment of Agent-General for Queensland at the passing of this Act, who shall be deemed to have been appointed pursuant to and to hold his or her office under this Act; and

(b)

every person appointed as Agent-General for Queensland at any time after the passing of this Act.
