18 Definition for subdivision
In this subdivision—
authorised technique, in relation to ground distribution, means—
(a)
a stem injection; or
(b)
cut stump treatment, frill ringing or basal bark treatment carried out not less than 100m from a crop that—
(i)
is not on a property owned by the person for whom the treatment is carried out; and
(ii)
is susceptible to damage from the treatment.
