29 Right of review
(1)
This section applies if the applicant must be given an information notice under section 27(2) or 28 for a decision of the chief executive—
(a)
to issue the distribution permit on conditions; or
(b)
to refuse to grant the application.
(2)
The applicant may apply to QCAT, as provided under the QCAT Act, for a review of the decision.
