34 Existing applications for pilot chemical rating licences
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
before the commencement, an application was made under section 17 of the Act for a pilot chemical rating licence; and
(b)
immediately before the commencement, the application had not been dealt with.
(2)
Despite section 6 of this regulation, the repealed regulation, section 7 continues to prescribe the qualification for section 12(2)(c) of the Act.
