7 Classes of commercial operator’s licence—Act, s 16
For section 16(1) of the Act, the following classes of a commercial operator’s licence are prescribed—
(a)
a commercial operator’s licence, restricted to herbicides or equipment stated in the licence (a restricted commercial operator’s licence);
(b)
a commercial operator’s licence, not restricted to herbicides or equipment stated in the licence (an unrestricted commercial operator’s licence).
