A person of whom a requirement is made under section 41J(3)(c) must, unless the person has a reasonable excuse, comply with the requirement.

Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.

(2)

It is a reasonable excuse for the person to fail to comply with the requirement that complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person.
