74 Legal or disciplinary proceedings
(1)
A legal proceeding relating to something that happened before the commencement that could have been started or continued by or against the former service if the Amendment Act had not been passed may from the commencement be started or continued by or against the State.
(2)
A disciplinary proceeding relating to something that happened before the commencement that could have been started or continued by the former service if the Amendment Act had not been passed may from the commencement be started or continued by the chief executive.
