11A Oath before performing duties
(1)
Before performing the duties of office, the auditor-general must make an oath or affirmation to the effect that they will faithfully and impartially perform the duties of the office.
(2)
The oath must be administered by the Speaker, or if there is no Speaker or the Speaker is unavailable, the clerk of the Parliament.
