Declaration of interests and conflicts of interest

Section 12 applies to the deputy auditor-general in the same way as it applies to the auditor-general.

(2)

If the deputy auditor-general is acting as auditor-general, section 12A applies to the deputy auditor-general in the same way as it applies to the auditor-general.
