Preservation of rights if public service employee appointed or employed

In force

(1)

This section applies if a person who is a public service employee is appointed or employed as—

(a)

the auditor-general; or

(b)

the deputy auditor-general; or

(c)

a member of the staff of the audit office.

(2)

The person is entitled to retain all existing and accruing rights to superannuation or recreation, sick, long service or other leave as if service in the audit office under this Act were a continuation of service as a public service employee.
