Functions of parliamentary committee

In force

The parliamentary committee has the following functions—

(a)

to monitor and review the performance by the auditor-general of the auditor-general’s functions under this Act;

(b)

to report to the Legislative Assembly on any matter concerning the auditor-general’s functions or the performance of the auditor-general’s functions that the committee considers should be drawn to the Legislative Assembly’s attention;

(c)

the other functions conferred on the committee by this Act or another Act.
