Auditor-General Act 2009

For the application of the Financial Accountability Act 2009, section 63 to the audit office, the appropriate Minister is the Minister administering this section.

Also—

despite the Financial Accountability Act 2009, section 63(1)(b), the annual report for the audit office must be given to the parliamentary committee, the Speaker, the appropriate Minister and the Treasurer in the way and within the time mentioned in that section; and

despite the Financial Accountability Act 2009, section 63(2), the chair of the parliamentary committee must table the annual report in the Legislative Assembly within the time mentioned in that section.

This section does not limit any other provision of this Act under which the auditor-general may or must make a report.
