88 Existing audits of performance management systems
(1)
This section applies if, before the commencement—
(a)
the auditor-general started an audit of performance management systems of a public sector entity other than a GOC or controlled entity of a GOC under section 38; and
(b)
the audit has not been finished.
(2)
On the commencement, the auditor-general may finish the audit as if section 38 had not been amended by the Parliamentary Service and Other Acts Amendment Act 2011.
(3)
In this section—commencement means the commencement of this section.
