98 Existing appointments unaffected
(1)
New sections 9(2) and 11(4) do not apply to the appointment of a person as the auditor-general in effect immediately before the commencement.
(2)
New section 68(5) does not apply to the appointment of a reviewer in effect immediately before the commencement.
(3)
New section 71(2) does not apply to the appointment of a person under section 71(1) in effect immediately before the commencement.
