The powers under this part are in addition to and do not limit the powers a person has under another provision of this Act or another Act.Examples of powers a person may have under another provision of this Act or another Act—
• the chief executive’s power to make a movement control order under part 2
• a police officer’s general power of entry under the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000, section 19
