125 Agreements in relation to disease eradication programs
If—
(a)
the chief executive has entered into an agreement under the repealed Act, section 30(1A) with the owner of any holding or premises or the owner of any stock; and
(b)
the agreement is in force immediately before the commencement;
from the commencement, the repealed Act, section 30 continues to apply to the agreement as if this Act has not been enacted.
