What is a special designated animal

In force

A special designated animal is—

(a)

an animal that is a designated animal because it is a member of any of the following groups of animals—

(i)

cattle;

(ii)

sheep;

(iii)

goats;

(iv)

pigs;

(v)

bison;

(vi)

buffalo;

(vii)

alpacas;

(viii)

llamas; or

(b)

a designated animal prescribed under a regulation as a special designated animal.
