In this division—prescribed information means the information prescribed under a regulation for a reporting requirement.reporting requirement means a requirement under this division to give the NLIS administrator information about a special designated animal.restricted agricultural show means an agricultural show to which at least 1 of the following apply—
the duration of the agricultural show is no more than 96 hours;
there are not more than 500 special designated animals required to be fitted with an approved device that includes a microchip that are present at the agricultural show at any 1 time;
all special designated animals required to be fitted with an approved device that includes a microchip that are present at the agricultural show have most recently been kept at the same place.
