200 False, misleading or incomplete movement record
A person who is required under the movement record requirement to ensure a movement record is created must, unless the person has a reasonable excuse, ensure the movement record does not contain information that the person knows or ought reasonably to know is false, misleading or incomplete in a material particular.Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
