206 Evidentiary certificates for biosecurity register and NLIS database
(1)
This section applies to a proceeding under or relating to this Act.
(2)
A certificate purporting to be signed by the chief executive stating that a stated document is a copy of all or part of any of the following on a stated day or during a stated period, is evidence of the matters stated in the document on the day or during the period—
(a)
the biosecurity register;
(b)
the database for the NLIS.
