260 Power to enter place to ascertain if biosecurity risk exists
(1)
This section applies if an authorised officer reasonably believes there may be a biosecurity risk at a place.
(2)
The authorised officer may, at reasonable times, enter the place to find out whether there is a biosecurity risk at the place.
