276 Defect in relation to a warrant
(1)
A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in—
(a)
the warrant; or
(b)
compliance with sections 272 to 274;
unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular.
(2)
In this section—warrant includes a duplicate warrant mentioned in section 275(3).
