278 Application of pt 3
This part applies if an inspector is satisfied on reasonable grounds—
(a)
an activity is being carried out or there is biosecurity matter at a place, other than a place, or part of a place, used for residential purposes; and
(b)
it is necessary to exercise powers under this part to avoid an imminent and significant biosecurity risk from the activity or biosecurity matter.
