435Q Decision on application
(1)
If the chief executive decides to approve the application, the chief executive must give an approval to the applicant.
(2)
If the chief executive decides to refuse the application, or to impose conditions on the person’s approval, the chief executive must as soon as practicable give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
