512 Action happening before commencement may be relevant to proceeding for particular acts or omissions
(1)
An action mentioned in section 507(1)(b) is not precluded from having relevance to a proceeding relating to a contravention of a provision of this Act involving an act or omission that happened after the commencement.
(2)
This section does not limit the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 20C.
(3)
In this section—contravention includes an alleged contravention.
