58 Payments from fund
Amounts are payable from the fund for paying only the following—
(a)
expenses incurred by the chief executive;
(b)
amounts necessary for the operations of an invasive animal board;
(c)
an amount authorised by the chief executive under this Act as payable from the fund;
(d)
other amounts required or permitted by this Act to be paid out of the fund.
