63 Legal status
(1)
An invasive animal board—
(a)
is a body corporate; and
(b)
has a seal; and
(c)
may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
(2)
An invasive animal board represents the State.
(3)
Without limiting subsection (2), an invasive animal board has all the privileges and immunities of the State.
