89 What is the barrier fence
(1)
The barrier fence is the fence made up of the sections of fencing built along the following lines—
(a)
the line shown as the ‘wild dog barrier fence’ on the barrier fence map;
(b)
the lines shown as the ‘wild dog check fence’ on the barrier fence map;
(c)
the line shown as the ‘rabbit fence’ on the barrier fence map.
(2)
A barrier fence part is a section of fencing of the barrier fence.
