35 Particular inspectors continue in office
(1)
This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was an inspector appointed under section 4(1) as in force before the commencement.
(2)
On the commencement, the person is taken to be an appointed inspector.
(3)
In this section—commencement means the day this section commences.
