202 False or misleading statements
(1)
A person must not, in relation to an investigation or audit under this part, state anything to QBCC that the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular.Maximum penalty—165 penalty units.
(2)
In a proceeding for an offence against subsection (1), it is enough to state that the statement made was, without specifying which, false or misleading.
