214C When period of 3 years starts
(1)
This section applies to QBCC in deciding whether a person has accumulated 30 demerit points within a period of 3 years.
(2)
If the person has previously been given 1 or more disqualification notices, the period mentioned in subsection (1) must start at a time after the most recent disqualification notice was given to the person.
