214H QBCC must notify person about demerit points
(1)
This section applies if QBCC allocates demerit points to a person.
(2)
QBCC must, as soon as practicable after the demerit points are allocated, give the person notice of—
(a)
the number of demerit points allocated; and
(b)
the demerit offences for which the points were allocated; and
(c)
the date the points took effect.
