246AW Giving pool safety certificates and nonconformity notices
(1)
A pool safety inspector may give a pool safety certificate for a regulated pool only if the pool safety inspector—
(a)
has inspected the pool; and
(b)
is reasonably satisfied the pool is a complying pool.
Maximum penalty—165 penalty units.
(2)
A pool safety inspector may give a nonconformity notice for a regulated pool only if the pool safety inspector—
(a)
has inspected the pool; and
(b)
is reasonably satisfied the pool is not a complying pool.
Maximum penalty—165 penalty units.
