246BC Access to code of conduct for pool safety inspectors
(1)
The QBCC commissioner must make the code of conduct for pool safety inspectors available for inspection by anyone while QBCC’s head office is open for business.
(2)
The commissioner may make the code of conduct available for inspection on QBCC’s website.
