246BQ Steps after making decision
(1)
If the QBCC commissioner decides to renew the licence, it must issue the renewed licence to the applicant.
(2)
If the commissioner refuses to renew the licence or imposes conditions on the licence, it must give the applicant an information notice about the decision.
