246E Pool safety functions performed by QBC board
The functions of the QBC board for pool safety include—
(a)
reporting to the Minister on—
(i)
any issue relating to pool safety referred to it by the Minister; or
(ii)
any issue relating to pool safety the board considers the Minister should know about; and
(b)
performing other functions relating to pool safety given to the board under this Act.
