258 Guidelines
(1)
The chief executive may make guidelines for matters within the scope of this Act to help compliance with this Act.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the chief executive may make the following guidelines—
(a)
a guideline about ways of complying with the pool safety standard and performing pool safety inspection functions;
(b)
a guideline about the content of a pool safety management plan;
(c)
a guideline to help local governments declare an area to be a remote area for section 246ACA.
