In this part—amending Act means the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2002, part 11.building certifier includes a former building certifier.commencing day means the day the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2002, section 191, commences.unamended Act means the Building Act 1975 as in force immediately before the commencing day.
