280 Consequential amendments to the QDC
Section 13(3) does not apply to an amendment to the QDC under section 13(2) if the amendment is consequential to the Building and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2006 or the repeal of the Standard Building Regulation 1993.
Examples—amendments to the QDC to omit redundant references to the repealed regulation or replace references to provisions of the regulation with provisions of the Act that correspond, or substantially correspond, to them
