303 Offence about entering into accommodation agreement
(1)
This section applies to the owner of regulated premises during the exemption period if—
(a)
section 302(3) applies to the owner; and
(b)
the owner does not have a pool safety certificate for a relevant regulated pool for the premises that is not a shared pool.
(2)
The owner must, before entering into an accommodation agreement for the premises, give the person who will be the occupier of the premises under the agreement a notice in the approved form.Maximum penalty—165 penalty units.
