64 Required report before assessing application for temporary building or structure with special fire service
(1)
This section applies to a building development application for a temporary building or structure that is proposed to have a special fire service.
(2)
Before carrying out building assessment work for the application, the building certifier must obtain from Queensland Fire and Rescue a report on the suitability of the proposed service.
