78 Application of sdiv 1
This subdivision applies to the occupier of a building if—
(a)
the occupier—
(i)
occupied the building immediately before the commencement and has continued to occupy the building since the commencement; and
(ii)
has kept a fire and evacuation plan for the building; and
(b)
the use of the building, including its classification under the Building Code of Australia, has not changed since the commencement.
